We build utilizing automation from our CAD design to our CNC cutout process. The process begins with the bid where we take the customer’s drawings and input them into our CAD program that helps us provide a potential customer with fairly accurate numbers and 3D renditions. A design meeting with our customer and field measure will occur at some point before it is time begin cutting out the project. CAD drawings will be updated as to design details and field measurements.
After CAD drawings are finalized, the software will export materials takeoff and submitted to our suppliers. When supplies are received into our shop the cabinets will be processed via our CNC.
After cutout and processing of all parts, cabinet parts will be assembled and then sent to our finishing department.
While in the finishing department, the cabinet parts will be placed through a very detailed finishing process that will yield a very durable and hard enamel cabinet lacquer finish.
After finishing, the cabinets will be prepped for loading and shipping to the job site where the installation crew will oversee the accurate and detailed installation of all cabinets.

We build with a hybrid full overlay with a face frame construction. The full overlay derives from a European style of cabinetry (full overlay allows for 1/8" reveals between doors and drawer faces). The face frame is utilized for structural strength but is minimized in appearance while the doors and drawer faces are featured on the cabinet.
We aim for minimal reveals between doors and drawer faces as we aim to feature the true beauty of the cabinet which is the doors and drawer faces.
